Shipping Policies: Fabric Selection is proud of its customer-friendly shipping policies!

After we receive an order, we will immediately verify with a customer whether or not the material is still available. Once we confirm that the order has been authorized, it will be shipped within two to three business days. Orders to all US states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, will arrive five to six days later, depending partly on the location of the destination. Customers who need orders more quickly can call and inquire with us about expedited shipping for an additional charge. 

If materials are damaged or if part of the order is missing, customers must contact us within five days of receiving the fabric to correct the problem.

Returns Policy: Please make sure you are buying the correct material before completing your purchase. We can only accept returns on fabrics that have been damaged and when we have been notified within five days of receipt. We do not accept returns for any other reason, including when customers have purchased material by mistake.
